Csodalatos kilatas, gyalog megkozelitheto sok minden. Karacsonyi hangulatot teremtettek a nagyon izleses dekoraciokkal. Tisztasag a szobakban, az egesz szallodaban. Szemelyzet mosolyog, segitokeszek. Reggeli mindennap ugyanaz, de izletes volt.

Az apartman egy régen szállodaként üzemelő épületben van, jelenleg apartmanszálló. Az épülethez hatalmas és gyönyörű kert tartozik közvetlen tóparti lejárattal, kétszintes udvari parkolóval. Fűtött (30-32 fokos) nagy medencéje van, amelyet naponta tisztítanak, a medence egyik fele 2 méter mély kb, a másik fele 1,2 méter mély lehet, és emellett van még egy gyermek pancsoló is a kertben. Ingyen használhatóak a medencék és a napozóágyak is. A lakáshoz egész nagy erkély tartozik. A szállás nagyon közel van Campione településhez, amely már Olaszországhoz tartozik, így ott pl. az éttermi árak sokkal kedvezőbbek a svájci árakhoz képest. Kb.10 perc sétára van a hajóállomás Campione-ban.
