Very nice hotel, the owner very kindly and helpful, food very good. Owner help me to taxi to the train station. I will back again if go to Huangshan

The breakfast catered to international travelers and there was pleantly of room for large groups of people. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and had a bathtub which was great for soaking in after a long day of sightseeing, also the shower was in a seperate location.

The Langham, Hefei has a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Hefei. Attractively situated in the Shushan district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as an indoor pool. It was my first time staying in The Langham Hefei, though I can say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff’s courtesy, warmth and right level of care started right at entry of the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei ‘s lobby feels warm and happy due to its yellow hue lighting I believe. I could immediately smell flowers once I stepped in the lobby, pleasant but not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham worldwide. I prefer lily’s smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so one could enjoy the lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told it was considered the ceiling of Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in plus swiped my credit card on the wrong machine that caused the spending authority refused initially. The breakfast experience was also great! The Seasons restaurant has a big capacity so I was always able to be seated whenever I went down. House keeping also checks on guests each afternoon not see any additional help are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original plan to continue staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She continued to be warm, professional and efficient. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay again. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. From XIAO He I also experienced the Langham quality- courtesy, warmth,knowledge and efficiency. Being asked about absence of Langham’s pink uniform, she explained to me the responsibilities of each role and separation of roles in Langham’s efforts to optimize guests’ experience.She went extra miles to ask her manager’s permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour.

High quality hotel - surprisingly good and very good value. Luxurious rooms and beautiful big marble bathroom with stunning view of the river. Great breakfast and delightful staff.

Set within 100 metres of Emerald Valley and 2.8 km of Nine Dragons Waterfall, Villa EN Emerald Valley, Huangshan offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Huangshan Scenic Area. The host is amazing and shared her tea culture with me, and she gave me insight about chinese culture and food too. The room was very comgy, warm and had a designated tatami area. Totally recommend this place if you want to hike on beautifull huangshan!

Several shopping malls and various restaurants close by. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Always my first choice in Hefei.
