However, our stay was made exceptionally smooth due to excellent services received from Mr. Ken Liu, who patiently guided us in securing local transport to and from office/factory which we visited . The concierge, Mr James, was likewise very helpful. The bell service staff and the security at the driveway were likewise polite . Overall, the excellent staff service made a lot of difference.

Free private parking is also provided on site. Concierge Cyrus Lo offered excellent tour advice and obviously lived his job. He told me a lot about Kinmen's history and culture. Breakfast was excellent The spa was lovely. I liked the hot tub and sauna and shower.
