Service stood out excellently among all else. Ken at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Had booked too small a room for a family of four without knowing size of double beds but Ken has tried his best to accommodate us, and when we asked to pay for an upgrade after seeing the room, he also continued to help us as much as possible while changing room. Patiently explained all the while and you dont feel rushed at all. Room is clean and excellent. Fantastic stay with excellent service!

Concierge Cyrus Lo offered excellent tour advice and obviously lived his job. He told me a lot about Kinmen's history and culture. Breakfast was excellent The spa was lovely. I liked the hot tub and sauna and shower.
