I was travelling with my father who is 87 years old and my family when our flight was cancelled and we had to get tickets on the Bullet Train. Mr. H volunteered to buy my tickets online using his personal credit card as I was unable to and further drove me down to the train station at 4am (as there were no taxis at this hour) so I could personally collect the tickets before he was off duty. What touched me the most was when he drove me back to the hotel he got a little gift out of the back his mini van which I still have with me. He is a really exceptional human being. Thanks so Sofitel for hiring a person who serves from the heart.
