In the El Poblado district of Medellín, close to Lleras Park, Casa Los Naranjos Hostal features a rooftop pool and a washing machine. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great. The location was safe and there were many supermarkets and restaurants around. They communicated with us in English, which is rare in Medellin. The hotel staff called a taxi for us. At this price level, this hostel was the best.

Landmark Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a terrace and restaurant in Medellín. Very nice property despite being 4 stars, the restaurants are relatively nice, the cheesburger was awesome, however a bit more choice for the main dish would be nice. I really recommend it, very comfortable, all the guys at the reception were always very very helpful with everything. And Colombia is safer than most people describe it so I really recommend a vacation there.

The bonus for us was the roof top pool and the gym, both with great views of the city. Pool is heated and with a decent size, it was never crowded, despite holiday season. Reception staff very nice, available 24/7. We highly recommend the aparthotel
