The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

Meals included sancocho, huevos revueltos, limonada among others. Juan Jose and Claudia went to great lengths to help us arrange transport around the area and fill all requests. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
