Location is very great, just off the highway and near the Armenia airport. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

Alejandro and Marcela were so kind. The setting is beautiful and peaceful with lots of birds. Waking up every morning to birds and a nature view was breathtaking. The 'outdoor' bathroom with rain shower was amazing. It is hard to believe that 10 years ago it was pasture! They have done an amazing job restoring the landscape.

The service is exceptional, Janet and Claudia really made us feel welcome from the beginning. The host was very attentive since before our arrival. The location was great, very close to everything and if you need a ride to any attraction nearby they can accommodate as well. Overall excellent in all criteria you can look for in a relaxing vacation. Will definitely recommend and come back!

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

Daily cleaning and fresh towels , good mattresses and the homemade burgers all get top marks. The outside pool was great, along with the hammocks, sound system to play your own music, flexible meal times and a handy laundry service all providing comfort. Meals included sancocho, huevos revueltos, limonada among others. Juan Jose and Claudia went to great lengths to help us arrange transport around the area and fill all requests. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
