The property nestled in this beautiful forest near the falls. Frtiz and his wife are very friendly and gave us local recommendation. They had welcome drinks a s breakfast was delicious. The overall setting of the rooms were great. AC worked fine which is super important in humid climate. The rooms had distinct fragrance of euclyptus. I thought that was a good touch. Hot water also worked fine. Highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was exceptional. Really well located and the free shuttle service was a plus, would stay again. The woman in charge of the kitchen was a saint, she made me a special tea from fresh herbs in the garden, it was such a nice exchange the morning I left, really grateful for the friendly staff.

This was the last stay in our trip and we can sure say that it was THE BEST! We messed up with the booking but our host was very helpful and replied within minutes to fix everything. Thanks for that!! It is an apartment in private aparetement complex only accesible with permition. Even if the area around felt a little unsafe at night the complex is very secure and safe. Great outside area for everyone with a gym, huge pool, basketball court and many other things. You could have a nice evening walk there. The apartment as itself was super nice for one night. Even for more great. 11th floor with a great view over San Jose, furniture and everything in a great shape, fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room in one. The two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms make it just great for a family. We enjoyed a lot and recommend this apartment. Great value - price ratio!

The pictures don't do it justice. It feels so much larger in person and it has an amazing view. I love that there was a guard in the front. The staff was very friendly and very sweet.

We stayed at this hotel the night before climbing Cerro Chirripó, and it was an excellent choice. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, offering valuable tips and advice for the hike. Their experience and familiarity with the climb really made a difference. The hotel is located about 2.5 km from the trailhead. They offer a shuttle service, or you can choose to drive yourself and park at the entrance of the national park for a fee. After the hike, we stayed for an additional night and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the peaceful natural surroundings. It’s the perfect place both to prepare for the climb and to unwind afterward. Highly recommended for anyone planning to hike Cerro Chirripó.
