All. Great host, very helpful. Beautiful surroundings. excellent for children. Playgrounds, courtyards, swimming pool. Coffee available. Parking lot next to the house. The kitchen has all the equipment to prepare a quick lunch. The store is close. Excellent cycling routes. We will be happy to return. beds are good, we don't like to soft ones. Even enough toilet paper for more days.

Great dinners (choose from 4 meals, only 1 vegetarian though - and sweet at the same time, but the soup and salad bar saved it) and breakfasts (home-made blueberry yoghurt, fresh pineapple, eggs...) . Nice swimming pool and a bit overpriced but good spa area.

Ground floor has indoor children play-room very well equipped for children since 1 year up to approximately 5 years. The best part was the size of the rooms (huge living room with table for 10 people and sofa with armchairs) and storage furniture, heaters/driers of ski shoes in apartment. Also there is outdoor private garden with pool and children playground.

Nice and clean apartment. Room for bike or ski's. Great location. Hotel opposite this site (where you pick up the keys) has also restaurant and swimming pool. Small grocery store nearby and also pub on the hill with small playground.

charming hotel, in the middle of nowhere, swimming pool, choice of breakfast buffet, good Czech cuisine at the hotel restaurant, easy parking, kind receptionist, close to Přaded, weak phone and wifi signals (good to disconnect), quietness, the many little birds all around the hotel
