The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The linen and all the apartment smelled of fresh clean linen. Everything smelled so clean. The surroundings of this apartment is so peaceful. Lovely host.

For over 160 years, the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg has stood for genuine hospitality and timeless elegance. We had very great stay here in Europaischer Hof. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. It’s first time we take our 2years old daughter travel to Europe, we felt welcomed everywhere. The hotel room are spacious with both modern and classic design. We can enjoy many oil paintings / masterpiece all around. We enjoy the hotel breakfast very well. My little daughter even get a surprise toy from hotel manager. Thanks a lot for everything. We will back some day.

Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

I love this apartment!!! The interior design was really chic and modern, and the apartment was bright, spacious and very comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smelled so fresh!! The kitchen was well equipped and even had spices, seasoning etc. Having a washer dryer was a huge plus for us. The Szasz family was really friendly.
