The breakfast was very good, but what really made the stay so pleasant was the kind staff. Additionally the whole hotel seems very modern with great interior design choices.

This hotel is situated just behind the dunes in Ahlbeck, just metres from the long promenade and sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Perfect location, nice rooms with a view and a fantastic breakfast. Parking is very convenient. The whole hotel is well thought through and super convenient. We will for sure come back.

This hotel is set in 2 restored historic villa buildings situated directly on the Baltic Sea beach in Kühlungsborn West. It offers free WiFi. The location is nice, you have bars and restaurants in walking distance. The SPA is a bit small but good quality. Loved the bed sheets! We had the Jr Suite - the view with the huge balcony is stunning. Will be back!

Aparthotel Waterkant Suites 2-Raum Fewo am Meer mit SPA is located in Börgerende-Rethwisch and features a heated pool and sea views. Great apartment, facilities and location. Our apartment had great views of the dunes/beachside and was more than large enough for a couple spending a few days on the beach. Check-in was easy via reception, with the keys to the room and an explanation of how to reach the parking spot handed over without issue (no issues with parking either). The site's facilities (pool, sauna, changing facilities) were all very modern and updated. The onsite restaurant is very convenient and faces the dunes/beach. We were able to walk to the beach in approximately 5 minutes, and there are numerous restaurants, a few bakeries and other small facilities (beach stand rental, bike rental) in immediate proximity to the apartment. There is an Edeka/larger shopping spots in about a fifteen minute drive. It was great to stay here and make a 20-30 minute drive to Warnemunde/Rostock. Our apartment had a large terrace with a table with seating for multiple persons, as well as a storage area with beach chairs and other small items. The bathroom was large and modern, and the shower had great water pressure (good after a day in the sun). Comfortable bed and couch, good TV. The nearby beach itself is a bit rocky, but was ultimately perfect for a couple (not too busy during our stay, and while the water was somewhat brisk, it was very clear and refreshing).
