We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the surrounding area is, truly a hidden gem. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection to suit everyone and the restaurant served lovely food. The absolute highlight, though, was the swimming pool. With temperatures over 30 degrees, being able to cool off in the open-air pool - often with no one else around - was simply fantastic. A great place to stay, and we’d happily return.

Beautiful pastoral setting on a working Bio Farm. The host was super nice , accommodating and had lots of entertaining information about the area that we would not have known. This family-run hotel and restaurant is situated in Kühberg, in the upper Erzgebirge mountains. The breakfast was typical of a German small hotel. I enjoyed it very much. I booked the hotel because of its location and the garden railway. I was not disappointed.
