The hotel is located in city center, we traveled by train with kids and it was great that train station was also only 10min away! Family room was really nice, bunk bed for kids added to the whole excitement and also it was very convenient to have a small fridge in the room. We also loved the small pool as we had it only for ourselves when we came and kids were very happy about it. Breakfast was also great with good variaty and restaurant served as a very convenient option for dinner as well. Overall I would definately reccomand this hotel!

The sauna room was an extra bonus (need to contact the hostess before use). We had a great stay. Highly recommend this especially when travelling during winter time.

Built in 1989, the property includes sauna and hot tub. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It's a really cool place. Near downtown to walk easily around which saves the hassle of having to find a parking spot in town. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had when arriving during self check in. Finding the place was easy. Awesome hot tub. That and the sauna in our own area to ourselves really made the trip special. Thank you so much for having a great inviting space. I recommend this rental to anyone who's looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in ULM.

Situated on the A8 motorway between Stuttgart and Munich, just 9 km north of Ulm, this family-run hotel offers an indoor pool and inviting rooms with free WiFi. The property also offers a conference room and the possibility to host various events on site. As always, the reception staff were very friendly and our dogs very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway making it a perfect overnight stop on our way to the south of France. There is plenty of space around the hotel to give the dogs a walk. A good breakfast is also included in the room rate. There is a huge car park and several options for eating.
