The pictures don't do it justice. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and fresh juice.

We had a fabulous three nights at Banana Lodge. Great location next to the river and only a few minutes walk from town, there was also a lovely brand new swimming pool and we found the room very clean and comfortable. Facilities were good: parking, wifi, shared kitchen, and lockers. Anna was also able to organise a day tour along the river with Carlos at Runawa Tours which was a real highlight.

This place is absolutely incredible! The bungalow is stunning, the views are magnificent, the grounds are unmatched. Franzi and family are absolutely delightful and we really enjoyed some of the excursions that we did (animal rescue - absolutely incredible work they are doing for the conservation of the land and the animals that live in the jungle; half day jungle trek with Julio - we learned so much about the plants and trees of the forest, dunking in the natural waterslides was a bonus, cocao tour). We ordered a breakfast basket each morning which was out of this world and also a dinner one night which was great! The food was homemade and from the land, it was delicious!

Finca de la Vaca - Glamping cuenta con vistas al río, está ubicado en Palora y tiene un restaurante, salón compartido, bar, jardín, pileta al aire libre disponible todo el año y terraza. The whole staff is very kind, helpful and keeps everything clean. They also have a delicious menu, a hot jacuzzi and an awesome pool. This is our second time staying there and we will be super happy to come back in another time. We love Max the dog and all the birds you can hear during the day.
