1.2 km from La Estacion Beach in Puerto Ayora, La Fortaleza De Haro features accommodation with access to a hot tub and public bath. Such a cute hotel that has been built like a mini fort. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. But the best part was the hostess, Gianna. She was so lovely. I had a cold when I arrived and she made me lemon and honey in the morning. She also offered me some soup in the evening but I was so crashed out I missed the offer. And also the hotel is in such a quiet spot - I slept like a baby in the evenings.

Set 500 metres from Puerto Villamil Beach, Galápagos Isabela Hotel Loja offers an indoor pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Hostel Loja is a comfy, clean stay with great value. Rooms are pretty basic but spotless, and I loved having a big bathroom! It's also nice having a coffee shop on the premises. Diego was a wonderfully accommodating host – he was very quick and helpful when I had some special requests – and he makes a great breakfast :)

Beautiful new hotel right on its own private dock where you can see rays, sea lions, sharks and pelicans only a metre or so away. Excellent breakfast and bar area to get a cocktail or something to eat. Walking distance to anything you need including the main port. Would highly recommend. The pool area is definitely the highlight.

The enviroment was absolutely amazing, the quite in the middle of all the nature was exactly what I looked for, the city is 8 minutes away on bicycles (Which they provide you with for free). Run by an incredible couple, I enjoyed my stay here very much
