Excellent location, very customer oriented staff both at front desk and the morning breakfast buffet,, great breakfast, beautiful grounds and respite for busyness of touring, beautiful swimming pool area, excellent value for money. Only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea facility in the rooms.. highly recommended.

We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

Everything! The rooms were nice, the outdoor was great and the rooftop was amazing! We had so much fun. Jacob is so nice and attentive, he even brought us a cake made by his sister. He was flexible, understanding and help us with our activities. He charges a little pricey for activities but that didn’t affected our stay. Being able to do the laundry was a gem !

There was absolutely no pressure to book tours, buy experiences, or spend money through the accommodation. We were given space, time, and freedom, while always feeling supported whenever we needed help. The food deserves a special mention: breakfasts and dinners were outstanding — without exaggeration, the best meals we had during our whole trip. In fact, on our last night in Luxor, we stayed at another place we had booked in advance, and still chose to travel 18 km just to come back and have dinner at the lodge. That says everything. This is real, disinterested hospitality. You don’t feel like a customer, but like a guest who is truly welcome. A place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. We would return without any doubt.
