Aquest complex exòtic està situat al bell mig del Nil, en una illa a prop del centre d'Assuan. I loved the private feel of the hotel. It was very well maintained. Ms. Christine, the guest relations manager was amazing. She was nice and so respectful to my older parents and helped me deal with an issue with high priority. She made each guest feel special. I will continue to stay at this property because of her.

Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

This place is just so beautiful. The staff especially were very friendly and accommodating. The food was also incredible at the restaurant. We were unsure about the location, but it's so peaceful being a bit more remote and free tuk tuks are available to the village which made getting around easier.

When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

He passat hores a coberta amb la meua parella gaudint de les vistes. I un plaer l'hora del té de les 5. El guia d'espanyol Salahdino ho ha fet molt bé. Sempre atent a les nostres necessitats. Ha entés el que volíem cadascú i ha sabut portar-nos defugint els grups més grans per a gaudir de preciosos moments de solitud als temples.

The staff were excellent and really helpful. They have a fully functional kitchen and an indoor pool which was essential after a day out in the scorching sun! They also offer laundry service or if you want to do laundry yourself. Stop looking and book the hotel!
