The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. Bishoo gave us excellent recommendations for activities in and around Aswan as well as fantastic tips on where to eat. He truly took amazing care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful, kind, and attentive. The restaurant he recommended to us turned out to be the best we experienced during our entire trip – an absolute highlight! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Bishoo for everything and wish him all the best for his future. He truly made our stay unforgettable.
