She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

There are two rooms and toilets to share. Everything is good.

The Prince Abbas , Lake Nasser cruises is among the most beautiful cruises in the world, and I highly recommend this experience to everyone. We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

The team excels at personalized service. When I mentioned that I am a Christian, they informed me it was Christmas Eve and kindly arranged transportation for me to attend a Christmas celebration at a local Coptic Church, which was a very special experience. The people there were warm, welcoming, and full of joy. It truly felt like home away from home. I had a room with a balcony and a breathtaking sunset view, and the hotel also organized a local dinner for me. I felt genuinely pampered and well cared for throughout my stay. Five stars for their care, friendliness, and professionalism.
