Excellent location with a great staff. Friendly environment, with good food, and reasonable prices. The pool is open 24/7. It was perfect! We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day after we were done exploring different archeological sites.

The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

There are two rooms and toilets to share. Everything is good.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

He even spoke German with us, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Bishoo gave us excellent recommendations for activities in and around Aswan as well as fantastic tips on where to eat. He truly took amazing care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful, kind, and attentive. The restaurant he recommended to us turned out to be the best we experienced during our entire trip – an absolute highlight!
