The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

Em Aswan, ASWAN NILE PALACE (swimming pool-rooftop-Nile view) tem jardim, lounge compartilhado, terraço, além de Wi-Fi grátis em toda a propriedade. A estadia foi excelente!!! Eu e o meu companheiro tivemos alguns problemas de saúde e o Staff foi incrível, super prestativo e preocupado. Queríamos realçar o Bisho (um dos funcionários do hotel), que esteve 24h por dia pronto a ajudar-nos e a prestar todo o tipo de cuidados que necessitamos (exemplo ir à farmácia de madrugada…)!! Foi mesmo uma pessoa excepcional, que vamos levar no nosso coração!! Para além de tudo isto, o ambiente é super limpo, arrumado e tem uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o Rio Nilo!! Recomendamos imenso o Aswan Nile Palace!! ❤️
