Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

Lake Nasser is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and I strongly believe it is a destination everyone should visit at least once. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

Eu e o meu companheiro tivemos alguns problemas de saúde e o Staff foi incrível, super prestativo e preocupado. Queríamos realçar o Bisho (um dos funcionários do hotel), que esteve 24h por dia pronto a ajudar-nos e a prestar todo o tipo de cuidados que necessitamos (exemplo ir à farmácia de madrugada…)!! Foi mesmo uma pessoa excepcional, que vamos levar no nosso coração!! Para além de tudo isto, o ambiente é super limpo, arrumado e tem uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o Rio Nilo!! Recomendamos imenso o Aswan Nile Palace!! ❤️
