The location is so good that big roof balcony you can easily enjoy panoramic view of Aswan. And it’s big room with clean condition. Staff are very kind, not over approach but friendly. The cospa is super.

O ambiente deste hotel faz-nos viajar no tempo, é um antigo palácio muito bem decorado mas muito atual ao mesmo tempo. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, a zona da piscina com vista para o rio nilo é magnifica. Todos os espaços foram decorados ao mais pequeno pormenor. O staff foi muito atencioso

It’s literally just two minutes from the Abu Simbel Temple — the perfect location. The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

This place is clean and cozy. The best part is the host, who is always there to help. We had some issues with our tour company for the early morning pick up. The host managed to help us out. He also checked with us to make sure we are fine. We felt very welcomed. The host helped us find a sunset Felucca. The captain chose to sail behind a big sand dune. So the sunset was totally blocked by the sand dune. The wind was not strong there so it took much longer to finish. We have to pay 50% more than original price because “the trip is longer than originally quoted”. It was frustrating that we didn’t see the sunset, be late for our dinner and bitten by bugs while the boat is not moving. I recommend a different felucca captain.

The ship has beautiful wooden decks. The interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well kept and clean. Our room was very quiet. The buffet was quite good, lots of choice and good quality. You also get to taste some local food.

When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nile Palace in Aswan, and a very special thank you goes to Bishoo, who welcomed us so warmly from the very first moment. He even spoke German with us, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Bishoo gave us excellent recommendations for activities in and around Aswan as well as fantastic tips on where to eat. He truly took amazing care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful, kind, and attentive. The restaurant he recommended to us turned out to be the best we experienced during our entire trip – an absolute highlight! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Bishoo for everything and wish him all the best for his future. He truly made our stay unforgettable.
