Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

Номер был тоже хороший, чистый, с хорошей кроватью и постельным бельем, ванная тоже была чистая и с разными прикольными штучками. И также был шикарный панорамный вид на Нил. Хоть и отель далековато от города и на горе, нам это не помешало ездить по разными местам, тем более отель предоставлял тут тук бесплатно с деревни до отеля. Я рекомендую этот отель, если хочется красоты и спокойствие (там было тихо и спокойно спать).

This hotel has been absolutely amazing! It’s literally just two minutes from the Abu Simbel Temple — the perfect location. The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

There are two rooms and toilets to share. Everything is good.

When I mentioned that I am a Christian, they informed me it was Christmas Eve and kindly arranged transportation for me to attend a Christmas celebration at a local Coptic Church, which was a very special experience. The people there were warm, welcoming, and full of joy. It truly felt like home away from home. I had a room with a balcony and a breathtaking sunset view, and the hotel also organized a local dinner for me. I felt genuinely pampered and well cared for throughout my stay. Five stars for their care, friendliness, and professionalism.
