Situated in Cairo, less than 1 km from Giza Pyramids, Onyx Pyramids Boutique Hotel features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I really liked the cleanliness and the staff kindness. As soon as i arrived i was briefed about the location and I was shown all the facilities. When i was to leave, i had a problem with the uber driver and the staff from the hotel quickly jumped into helping me and he even took the number of the driver. He totally did not have to do this, but this is what “exceeding expectations” is.
