Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure. It’s a very grounding and peaceful space. Hard to describe in words. The feeling is expansive and beautiful.

Hotel Villadesella is a typical Asturian country house, dating from 1819, set 1.5 km from the town of Ribadesella. It has a restaurant, and an outdoor swimming pool set in large gardens. Everything… The room, the location, the view, the breakfast, the staff & all of this in the calm !

Situated in the centre of Arenas de Cabrales, near the River Cares, famous for its trout and salmon, this is the ideal base for exploring Picos de Europa National Park. Spacious room with huge bathroom, very comfy beds, and lovely window view over the mountains. The staff is very accommodating and kind, and the entire building is very well kept, although it is quite old. The location is extremely convenient - in the town center, near both restaurants and cafes and the bus station for hiking trails.

They offered nice breakfast and let us do a later checkout, which was well appreciated.

The views are amazing and the place is very quiet. The human touch from both Feli (owner) and Ana (employee) was amazing !
