Sergio,the reservation,manager was very helpful assisting us with the last minute changes, everyone is very attentive and cheerful :)

Nou Baleares has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Palma de Mallorca. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The general decor of the hotel was outstanding. Old building sympathetically restored with a modern, stylish twist . Our bedroom was spacious and very beautiful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant. Roofto terrace with a smill plunge pool- much appreciated in the very hot weather!! All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area not great but only 5 minutes walk into old town.

Copaiba by Honne Hotels - Adults Only tilbyr et treningsstudio, fellesstue, en terrasse og restaurant i Playa de Palma. I originally booked a different hotel, but after reading reviews I decided to change to Copaiba and I have no regrets. The room was modern, clean, and the staff was very nice. I really enjoyed the long brunch/breakfast. The location is close to the beach and various restaurants. The area is very German, so just be prepared for that (I personally don't care and it still surprised me).

Convenient and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Very happy for the bottled water - eco-friendly! The towels are of great thick soft quality! The staff were so helpful ❤️ We will definitely come back!

Everything was exceptional. The breakfasts are good and not static from day to day. Free SPA facilities are nice too. It's a really convenient place to walk through the most interesting city places.

The staff were of a very high standard, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Spa was fantastic!, The lady responsible was so nice and made us feel very welcome & Relaxed!!! The building, lobby, rooms, pool, outdoors area , all felt new/renewed and very spacious everywhere. The restaurant buffet tasted very good and the staff workers were excellent

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
