Our vacation at Nativo Hotel was amazing. The staff was incredible and helpful, meeting our every request promptly. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by your employee who made us feel amazing right from the start. She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Her exceptional service set the tone for a wonderful visit. The rooftop restaurant, with its delicious food and stunning city views, also featured a great pool. The waitress was also amazing. The main pools were excellent too, and we loved the free bike rentals for exploring. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We also appreciated the option to check out later and use the hotel facilities until our departure for the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for everything.

Location: You can easily walk to Palma beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
