Conveniently set in the centre of Barcelona, Antiga Casa Buenavista provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. By mistake I left a beloved object on the bed which was taken along with the sheets that were to be washed. The people at the reception managed to contact the cleaning company in time and retrieve it. The hotel is very close to the Universitat metro station, which is extremely helpful. The service in the restaurant was impeccable. I highly recommend Antiga Casa Buenavista. :)

Catalonia Magdalenes Hotel is set in Barcelona, 200 metres from the Cathedral of Barcelona and offers a terrace with an outdoor pool with views of the Cathedral and a spa. Everything exceeded my expectations: friendly and helpful staff (great eating recommendations; special mention to Alan who was super!); location super convenient, quiet and safe; breakfast buffet was amazing, roof top pool super chilled and indoor spa; room was spacious and very clean; would give 100 stars if possible!
