The Parador is in a beautifully restored former convent. It is wonderful to be staying in such a historical building . There was an organised tour of the Parador the day I arrived which was great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the price of the accommodation, given the luxury, was very reasonable. All in all an excellent stay. The hotel got everything right.

This is a beautiful hotel in the old town of Caceres. The original building has been renovated with care and the interiors are amazing. Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so we couldn’t sit in the rooftop bar (by all accounts a standout), but we’ll certainly be back.
