Located in a quiet and pretty residential area of Cáceres, this elegant hotel offers free Wi-Fi and chic rooms. The outdoor pool is set within gardens. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was great value & plenty of gluten free options. Restaurant & bar prices were good. Staff went above & beyond, we were in the town & needed a taxi back but our lack of Spanish was making it difficult. We rang the hotel & they got one to us in a few minutes! Would definitely like to stay again.

Housed in a former convent, built in the 15th century, the Parador de Plasencia hotel has kept its stunning, original architecture, including spacious hallways, archways and courtyards. As with many paradors, it is in an incredible historical building. Our room was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed having drinks in the small bar and had a superb lunch in the restaurant. Very good off-season rate as well.

This accommodation is situated in a majestic building, an old convent dating from the 17th century, in Valle del Ambroz in the north of the province of Cáceres. Very close from all the sites. Very nice surroundings to walk around and take pictures. The staff especially Christina went out of her way to drive us to the bus terminal : something to remember

The hotel itself is set in a stunning historic location, which adds a unique charm to the entire experience. On top of that, the wellness facilities are exceptional: a relaxing sauna, a perfectly kept pool and a wonderful Turkish bath that made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right... but this hotel truly does. We can’t recommend it highly enough. the 2 Italian managers were exceptionally professional and welcoming as well as the two reception secretaries, whose kindness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank the guys at the entrances who were always attentive and helpful.

Featuring a year-round outdoor pool, a hot tub and an open-air bath, La Comarca de Vératton is located in Villanueva de la Vera, 38 km from Monasterio de Yuste. We loved the hobbit house…the nature all around..the outside jacuzzi..amazing experience. I highly recommend it.
