First of all, every staff are very kind and helpful, especially the receptionist is wonderful who explained about the hotel and all points of the Granada. He explains attractions and places to go and how without any direct offer of the hotel. Second,, location is good. It has good approach to the historic area without crowd mess. Third, room condition is very good. Clean, warm and cozy, Finally, I have to touch with the staff. They gave me a late check-out and I enjoy the final times in Granada. The room maid found us and gave my lost charger in the cafeteria.

Very large clean room was a welcomed reprieve from other small rooms we had stayed in. Nice to spread out for a couple days! Great central location. A szálloda kiváló, a személyzet nagyon kedves, a takarító személyzet alapos és nagyon figyelmes! A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló! Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre! Külön kiemelném a fűtött medencéket, még 4*-os szállodákban is ritka!!! Bátran ajánlom bárkinek, nem fognak csalódni benne! Legközelebbi ideutazásunk alkalmával is biztos, hogy ezt a szállodát fogjuk választani! Csak gratulálni tudunk a vezetőségnek is, hogy ilyen alapos és kedves személyzetet alkalmaznak!
