Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, junior suite with terrace, or presidential suite. Rooftop pool only available during the summer season. This is our house whenever we are in Madrid. I think this says all. One special recognition to the lovely staff in the breakfast room and to the door men at the entrance.
