I'm grateful that they allowed me to check in 4 hours earlier, at 11 a.m., so I could get some sleep after jet lag.

Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, junior suite with terrace, or presidential suite. Rooftop pool only available during the summer season. I recently had the pleasure of staying at VP España in Madrid, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. First, the doormen were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring that I was greeted with a warm smile and taken care of right away. It set such a positive tone for the stay. The breakfast staff, especially our server Kevin, were amazing. Kevin was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed at the buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The housekeeping team also deserves praise. They kept our room spotless and even surprised us with some local treats. As for the location, VP España is perfectly situated. It’s easy to get around and conveniently located near some of the city's top attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Madrid. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Every single aspect of our stay was exceptional—from the staff, the cleanliness, to the surprises and the perfect location. If you’re visiting Madrid, this is the place to stay!
