The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, served by a restaurant team that was outstandingly pleasant and proactive in making our mornings special. The spa is an absolute must — a true highlight of the experience. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel maintained impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout.

We were visiting in December, the heating was excellent and very quick, perfect for those who like warm rooms. The bed was super comfy with an orthopedic-ish pillow and fresh linen.

The rooftop observation deck had a wonderful view of the city. Steps from the royal palace and adjoining a metro station. We took the subway from the airport. The staff were super super nice.

Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, junior suite with terrace, or presidential suite. Rooftop pool only available during the summer season. Location is perfect. Walking distance to every sightseeing. Excellent service . Even i don’t know if I wish to try other hotel when I’ll come back to Madrid. I think will stay the same hotel and will recommend to my friends 🥰😻
