RomaniaThe hotel is spectacular, very clean, with great breakfast. Nicolas at the reception, very helpful, as I had a problem with the room. We went to have breakfast around 08:3- 09:00 and didn't have to wait. Also, for the elevators, 2 or 3 minutes maximum waiting time.

Very nice place to stay, perfect if you have a car and want to visit several places around Madrid. The owner, Raul is very, very friendly, makes perfect use of his smartwatch to communicate in English. House is spacious, clean, ideal for family. Swimming pool was also nice, not too deep for the kids. The area around the house is very large, nothing can distrub you there. And the motorway is just 400m away. Stay there, you will not regret !

Vanessa was very kind and helpful, and she made herself available to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and came fully equipped with all the essentials for a long stay, including toiletries, coffee, kitchen items, washing machine, internet, and more. The kids loved the swimming pool. Parking onsite was free and easy. The grocery store was conveniently around the corner, while the many restaurants nearby allowed us evenings out. The metro station is only a 10-minute walk away. A very nice stay!

Clean rooms and bathroom. Loved the swimming pool and was impressed there was a lifeguard. Bright reception area with good café bar and seats available inside and out. Food was really good in the evening and there was food (snacks and drinks) available to buy to take to your room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy access to airport and 24 hour reception.

Confortable and clean apartment, we liked the view from the swimming pool. One big benefit of being outside of the city center were the quiet nights. There are also great restaurants nearby.

We booked this based on some great reviews and the location but I have to say, the whole experience was far better than we imagined! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they even upgraded our room as they heard this was a special trip for us. The amenities were excellent - both the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice to help us through the Madrid heat. The breakfast offering was very generous and well organised. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. We will certainly be back!
