The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful — they truly made our stay special. One thing that impressed us the most was their honesty and responsiveness: we realized two weeks after leaving that we had lost our camera. We contacted the hotel, and they immediately responded, found the camera, and kept it safely secured for us. That level of care is rare and unforgettable.
