We are family of 3 with 24yrs. daughter, stayed on the floor. The room was well designed, didn't feel cramped, and was functional. The bed was comfortable, bright, and clean. There was an elevator, don’t worry about luggage. The bed was comfortable. The location was in the middle of the city, making it easy to walk anywhere. We didn't buy breakfast. I recommend staying here.

Less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and a 13-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo, the property offers a terrace and a bar. We had great experience at the Pestana Hotel! Great location at the heart of Madrid with easy access to all of the main sightseeings and a really nice exterior. The communication before our arrival was perfect, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is a top place to dine. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day. We had a double room that is a bit smaller if traveling with a child but is a great for couples.
