Hotel Basilica tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Palma de Mallorca, a a menos de 1 km de Playa Ca'n Pere Antoni y a 18 minutos a pie de Club Náutico de Palma. Mi experiencia en el Hotel Basílica fue maravillosa, nunca me había sentido tan querida y bienvenida en un Hotel como en este. El hotel es hermoso, mi habitación estaba muy linda decorada, la cama super cómoda y una vista insuperable. Lo más bonito que tiene el hotel es la gente que trabaja allí. Todos fueron amables, educados y atentos. Siempre me recibieron con una sonrisa y siempre estaban dispuestos a contribuir y hacerme sentir como en casa. Me fui del hotel llena de cariño y mucho agradecimiento. Gracias a Miguel, Blanca, Javier, a todo el personal de limpieza, de la recepción y de la cocina por haber sido tan atentos y hacer que mi experiencia en Mallorca fuese tan expansiva.

Rooms were very nice and while we didn’t get a chance to use other facilities there seemed to be a number available .

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

The beach is absolutely stunning with its turquoise color and soft sand — it truly amazed us. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €18. The hotel is less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. Instead, I suggest walking 10 minutes to the Mercadona market — it has a wide selection and reasonable prices. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old baby, we couldn’t join the nightlife, but there are plenty of places to party near the hotel. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and the furniture looked new. I also watched how thoroughly they cleaned a room after a guest checked out, and our room was cleaned nicely every day. We were right near the party places but sound isolation was good enough for blocking them. Food: Dinner had great variety overall. For a buffet, it was about as good as it gets. I wasn’t expecting 10/10 food from a buffet, but I’d rate it around 7–8. Breakfast had slightly less variety, but it wasn’t a problem for us. For families with children: This hotel isn’t fully tailored for children, but there were still enough activities to satisfy us. For example, there’s a playroom you can take your child to at any time of day. Even though our baby is quite young, the staff at the mini-disco in the evenings made every effort to ensure he had fun — they played and danced with him. There’s also a small children’s pool and a section of the large pool that’s about 40 cm deep, where our son had a great time. Staff: The hotel staff were truly friendly and cheerful. They always smiled at our son and tried to play with him. Everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

El alojamiento Departamentos Sureda se encuentra a 100 metros de la playa de Canyamel, al norte de Mallorca. Comfortable apartment with everything required to cook, lots of toilet paper, extra bin bags and washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. No linen change or cleaning during the stay but we were advised to take our linen to reception and a changeover was given (just had to make the bed ourselves) Joan at reception kind and informative. We were.there the first two weeks of July and there was always a sunbed by the pool. 3 minutes walk to the beach Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Canyamel is quiet and relaxing, perfect for us. Would definitely recommend.
