Amazing stop on the Camino, we walked from PortoMarin and it was 18km. We didn’t want to do the whole walk to Palas de Rei in one day with kids and this place was such a gem! The place itself is lovey inside, clean and modern with nice hot showers, but there are lots of little extras. We were there in the winter when the restaurant was closed, but the hostess offered to buy us a few groceries to make a meal. Really exceptional experience!

This is my favorite overnight stopping place on the Camino Invierno! The facilities rival any 5-star hotel in all of Spain. The hospitality by the owners is outstanding in all respects. The meal was fit for a queen! I’ve over-nighted here ttwice now (Oct 22 and Apr 23) and will make it a must-stop on all future treks on Camino Invierno! Thank you very much!

Staying at this old medieval castle that is renovated into a hotel was like going back in time. The people there were nice, and the place had cool things to do. It's like they mixed the old castle vibes with modern fun. Super recommend it if you want a chill time with a touch of history. The location is also great. We had a great view of the surrounding landscapes and a beautiful meadow to walk.

Casa Vilamor was wonderful. The staff was amazing even before we got there. The place is in a quiet location, but close to all the activities you can do in the Cañon del Sil, from hikes to gastronomic experiences. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful.

Lovely cozy country house feel. The staff were so friendly, attentive and patient with our kids. The spacious grounds and beautiful views provided a relaxing atmosphere. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace, the staff prepare many dishes (empanadas and bizcocho for example) in a wood-fired oven! Lastly, everyday Berni the owner gave us great tips on exploring the region and getting the best out of La Ribeira Sacra.

This is a stunningly beautiful location. The building is authentic and perfectly restored with very comfortable beds, relaxing common areas and a pool. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The hiking was rewarding with amazing views. The meals were delicious and local specialties were served daily.
