Docent's Flat is a recently renovated apartment in Joensuu, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. I really liked the apartment. It was clean. Also, the free parking space was a plus. The apartment had everything you might need while staying. I received a quick answer from the owners to all my questions. I recommend it.

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Once we got our bearings regarding Locale, everything went smoothly. In fact, the location is prime, with conveniences surrounding the hotel and the proximity to the harbor … water … made it ideal for relaxation.

Situated by Lake Pihlajavesi, this holiday village is 9 km from Punkaharju. Guests can choose between cottages and apartments with cooking facilities and a sauna, or rustic economy cottages. Amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. Good atmosphere in the camping and with a lake in front of it. I stayed in a small cottage, and it had everything I needed. Big fridge and microwave inside the room. I rented a bike in the restaurant and cycled to Purkahanju. It's beautiful! There are also a lot of hiking trails around the area.

This hotel and rehabilitation centre is housed in an early 20th-century Art Nouveau building, 30 km from central Savonlinna. It offers a range of relaxation facilities and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Jugend architecture and interiör was beautiful, as well as surrounding nature.
