The location itself is nothing short of magical, offering breathtaking views, serene countryside surroundings, and a symphony of nature's sounds. Where we stay was very homely, clean, had plenty of room and even things that you would take yourself was already there. On arrival there was a Easter pack and a bottle of white wine in the fridge.

The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.

Set in an 1850’s detached Victorian building, The Cimon features a large patio garden, and a 30-foot outdoor swimming pool. We had an wonderful stay at the Cimon, it wasn’t long enough! This place is exceptional! Immaculately clean and comfortable bedroom and communal areas. Delicious home cooked breakfasts and snacks available. We loved the heated pool, this really was a treat! Great touches such as towels available to use after swimming, comfortable loungers to relax on and blankets to snuggle up with. Will definitely be returning - Thankyou so much 😊

The Purple Tree Guest House is a large, extended Victorian house, & is extremely well positioned as it is a short walk from the sea front, the English Riviera Centre, the theatre and shops, bars and... The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The pool was amazing and there was a lot of places to relax on the property itself. We will definitely be coming back.
