Holiday Inn Newport is situated in Newport, just off junction 24 of the M4. Muy limpio todo, habitaciones muy amplias, desayuno espectacular. La atención fue muy buena, nos tocó llegar tarde y nos recibieron sin problema.

Everything about this retreat was refreshing, relaxing and calm. The location is an absolute hidden GEM with the most stunning scenery surrounding and the house itself was just outstanding. The facilities are all on point offering a comfort and safe space as well as maximum relaxation. The hosts were easily the most welcoming, friendly and encouraging people I met who want nothing but their guests to relax, enjoy and feel at ease. Their characters alone would have made this stay 5* I cannot wait to return to make use of their amazing offers such as day visits, & all their future plans to come. Although my plans were not as they should have been and ended being a solo visit I wouldn't have changed it its important at a place like this to feel safe and welcomed and that was exactly the experience received and exceeded.

Everything, from checking in at reception—where the lovely receptionist gave my daughter a little bag of treats—to settling into the beautiful room with a charming balcony overlooking the Christmas decorations, and finally enjoying dinner at the grill, was absolutely top-notch. It was worth every penny, and I will definitely be coming back!

Este hotel de 4 estrellas está ubicado en un terreno de 40,4 hectáreas, equipado con un campo de golf de 18 hoyos. The staff were particularly nice and accommodating.the room was spotless and the comments about it being dated are unfair, it is class and quality in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again but I would eat at their restaurant rather than locally as it is very appealing and the pub we went to was exceptionally underwhelming.
