El personal es excelente el señor que te recibe un placer, John nos asesoro en todo momento igual que la recepcionista. Un hotel grande pero muy familiar y comodo.

The Holiday Inn Haydock offers a range of modern amenities to suit both business and leisure travellers. The room was ample size, and spotless, tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable. Had an evening meal and breakfast, both were very tasty. The breakfast was self serve with lots of different choices. On both occasions the staff asked straight away on entering the dining room if anyone had a dietary restriction, this did not affect us but was nice to know for other family members who were not with us on this occasion Also noticed at breakfast there was a table in another part of the dining room that was a ‘ Gluten Free’ area. Although we did not have time to use the pool area, jacuzzi and other facilities, they looked clean and the people in there seemed to be enjoying them.

Mercure St Helens está ubicado en Saint Helens, a 10 km de Hipódromo de Haydock y a 20 km de Circuito de Aintree, y ofrece un restaurante y un bar. Modern hotel with good-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, good parking and is nicely decorated. Excellent and friendly staff on reception and the breakfast area. Nice to have pool etc, though we didn’t use.
