I will start off by rating the view and location of the hotel; the view you would wake up to no matter where your room is was breathtaking. Looking out the window was enough to ease your mind to start a wonderful morning. Moving on to the staff; they were very kind, understanding, and helpful during our stay. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and asked about how your stay was going whenever they had the chance to! ALL the staff there were exceptional especially William,Donna,Keith, and the Thailandi lady whom i didnt have the chance to read her name off her name tag. If i could mention all their names i would. Breakfast was amazing It had a variety of options and you could ask for meals that weren’t in the menu as long as they had their ingredients. Would totally recommend giving it a try

This modern 4-star hotel is in the centre of Middlesbrough, in the busy Teesside business area. Check in was so easy, the 2 ladies at reception were lovely, Very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had air con as a bonus.
