The overnight front desk staff was exceptional. We were having some serious problems with our rental car and I awoke jetlagged at about 5 AM concerned about it. He spent no less than 30 minutes helping me look at every possible transportation alternative from planes, trains, buses and a different car. By the time I woke the rest of my party, I had a plan. He wasn't just patient he really knew the area.
