I liked everything about this hotel, from the varied and delicious breakfast to the kind and helpful staff at the desk. Everywhere smelled amazing. An easy walk to the old town. Lovely traditional Cretan bakery a few metres away and a well-stocked supermarket up the road. Shower pressure was incredible!

The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

This hostel exceeded every expectation I had and completely changed my perspective on hostels. The facilities are new, clean, and in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There’s a lovely courtyard with a pool, a dedicated study room, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious common areas for cooking and relaxing. The bathrooms are spotless, as they are cleaned multiple times throughout the day, and I never experienced any crowding or waiting. It’s by far the best value for money you can find — without sacrificing comfort in any way. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Just 50 metres from the beach and 1 km from Rethymno Town, Archipelagos Hotel is set on a hillside with panoramic views over the Cretan Sea and the Venetian Castle. We loved everything! 🩷 The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly, the facilities are so very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, breakfast is lovely, and the view is beautiful! Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. We had an amazing stay at Royal Sun, the room was very comfortable and with a beatiful view, the staff was really kind and nice, always helping and guiding us before and during our stay in Crete. Also, the breakfast was excellent, we could try a lot of things typical of Crete's kitchen and were delicious, and we can say the same about the restaurant, the waiters and waitress very professional and kind. They offer you a shuttle bus to the old town and the car rental service that they offer works really good too. We had a wonderful experience in Crete and we are so geatful for the treatment that all the staff gave us
