There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

This place is amazing! The hotel sits atop a hill and has different levels that cascade down to the water below. The view from my room was breathtaking. Very clean, very friendly and attentive staff, good drinks and food and different areas to relax, always with ocean in sight. I spent my says on a lounger next to ocean and could dip in when hot. Definitely returning here !

Very clean, very well taken care of. Food was really good, I have not felt the need to go eat outside. I think the beach and the sea side of the hotel was really good. It felt really comfortable overall.

Mario's at the reception was exceptional 👌 He gave us excellent recommendations and the location is 10 out of 10 perfect to walk around and explore the place

Clean, next to the beach, wonderful facilities, helps you relax and enjoy the landscape. All the young boys and girls working there, are among the nicest staff i ve ever encounter in hospitality! Plus, a big suprise for me was the welcoming bubbles bottle and fruit plate waiting for me in my room!

Our room got great view to the sea and mountain. The facilities are amazing - very modern, high tech. We love our breakfast in the room - a wide variety of selection. Helpful and friendly staff. I love the massage and beauty sessions that are done by Maria.
