What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. Set on 78.000 m2 area on a green hill with panoramic sea with stylish village design in various quarters , this 5-star Esperos Village Resort is situated in the popular Faliraki. I found it clean and organized. The staff was very attentive. My friend had a health issue, and they were kind in helping us. They also fulfilled our request for an early breakfast. It is a nice place to stay, with a wonderful view.

Agkyra Hotel localiza-se em Rodes, a 16 minutos a pé de Praia de Zefyros, e fornece acomodações com uma piscina exterior sazonal, estacionamento privado gratuito, um restaurante e um bar. O hotel é novo e muito bem localizado, apenas a uns minutos a pé da Old Town de Rhodes. Excelente staff, simpático e interessado em receber bem os clientes. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, com máquina de café Nespresso muito bom! O pequeno almoço tinha variedade e excelente qualidade. Tivemos 30% de desconto no restaurante para jantar e valeu muito a pena! O menu não tinha muitas opções mas para nós eram bem suficientes, e os pratos tinham muita qualidade. Foi-nos oferecida sobremesa e o atendimento pela Angela foi perfeito, muito obrigado!

This is one of the most wonderful hotels I've ever spent my vacation in.The interior is beautiful and very clean, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, and the morning yoga is the icing on the cake. Due to my late flight, I was offered an opportunity to stay at the hotel until the evening and also had the opportunity to shower before my flight. I hope to return to Cabu again someday. Thanks to the entire staff!

We had a great holiday. The room was very clean and the facilities were very nice. Special Thanks to the reception and Guest Relations team. They were always there for us and helped us with everything. They made our experience unique and unforgettable!!! Our room was one of the best rooms right next to the beach!
