The new building, room was very comfortable and beautiful. There is a swimming pool which is clean. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the center and restaurants. The hotel is located in a very quiet place. There is a place to park your car. The owners are very friendly and kind, we got a lot of presents, even though we stayed for one night: lukum, juices, cookies, magnet and a bottle of wine. They were very helpful, worried if we needed anything. So nice. There is an option to order breakfast that will be delivered to you by the time you specify. There is a coffee machine inside the room.

El MarBella Elix, Mar-Bella Collection, a MarBella Collection Hotel, cuenta con 4 restaurantes, 3 bares y un salón compartido. Se encuentra a 7 km de la localidad de Perdika y a 15 km de Sivota. Everything :) Location is perfect, view from the balcon, rooms are big and very comfortable. Food in the restorant was great,variety of different meals. Beach is wonderfull,good organized. Staff was perfect
