The rooms were clean, equipped with everything we needed. The owner is a great guy, very responsive and pleasant. Plenty of parking around the building. Syvota center is really near, where you have bakeries, grocery stores and cafes. Breakfast included in the price was okay, coffee and juice are included as well.

A short drive from Perdika town, and a brief walk from the beach. Situated in a stunning bay, surrounded by olive trees and with views of cliffs and green hills. A small hike leads to a hilltop archaeological site. Other points of interest, such as Archeron and Parga, are a brief drive away.

The excellent location, so much kindness and tranquility on the resort area, the room view was astonishing! Very helpful staff & overall well-kept landscape/ambient!
