Very good location, close to everything and the beach. Clean and tidy room. With a great pool. Friendly staff, especially Klairi. She was available at all times. We enjoyed our vacation.

Near the city's centre, but in a very quiet neighbourhood with enough parking spaces around the building. The hosts were very welcoming and offered us a nice bottle of local wine as a welcome amenity. They were very discreet when they were visiting the property to maintain the garden and clean the swimming pool. The cleaning service was very efficient. The space of the room and the bathroom was sufficient. The Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch.

The location was perfect to explore Syvota. Walking distance from the port where you can take nice evenings walks, dine at some nice restaurants and enjoy the peacefulness of this place. Also walking distance from some the nicest beaches around syvota. Spotlessly clean, modern and brand new. Nice view to the bay and the port. Daily cleaning service. Clean pool. Piece and quiet. You could only listen to the beautiful noises of nature and it was perfect.

Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel - Adults Only 16 plus oferece vista para o mar em Sivota. Karvouno Beach fica a 8 minutos a pé de distância. It was a wonderful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was spacious with a great view of the bay, the bathroom was big and had a separate toilet, and the room was spotless. We enjoyed a private beach and a little restaurant with refreshments and light food. The hotel is within walking distance of the famous Bella Vraka beach and very close to town as well. We hardly moved the car and walked everywhere, although there was quite a steep uphill back to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The Hotel has private parking.

Very clean, modern furniture and equipment, a stone s throw from Megali Ammos beach, fruit trees in the backyard, great view, ample.parking space, no noise at night and soundproof windows and walls, easy check in etc etc...The owners and agents super kind and helpful (i had a car problem and they helped me sort things with the repair shop, drove me around etc..)

O Elix, Mar-Bella Collection, a MarBella Collection Hotel, dispõe de 4 restaurantes, 3 bares e lounge compartilhado. Está localizado a 7 km da Vila Perdika e a 15 km de Sivota. The whole resort was just amazing! The views were incredible. The staff was outstanding! Cleaning service was quick and thorough! The food for a buffet was amazing and had many options! The beach service was great too, the water was kinda wavy when we were there but it was still great! They got us cakes for mine and my husband’s birthdays which we didn’t expect and we told them beforehand that we were going there for our honeymoon and they had a lot of good stuff waiting for us in the room! Other than having loud upstairs neighbors the last 2 days everything else was an Amazing experience!!!
