We were afraid we couldn't reach the hotel. The roads in San Miguel are pretty crummy. But Erik guided us to safety! Brenda, who is the chef, made some of the best meals we had in Guatemala - if you stay there definitely try her tamales they're exceptional. Peter, the owner, was a great presence and offered interesting information about the history of the area and what we could explore. This is a place where all concerned genuinely want you to have a good time.

In the middle of a forest ("jungle" we may say), so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Quite luxurious speedboat transferring us from Flores and back. Good kitchen and first of all excellent staff, so helpful and with unusual friendly attitude. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, who wants to feel one of the best possible vibes.

Luis and Carlos our waiters always went above and beyond (plus fluent English). Food was Amazing! Tour to Tikal and sunset horseback ride we’re great. Highly recommend this spot !!

Accomodations offer stunning views of the tropical rainforest, private bathrooms included free toiletries, ceiling fans and bed linen. The hotel is close to the entrance of Tical. Very tasty dinner. Very friendly staff they arranged for us transportation and guide for the sunset tour

We are fortunate guardians and protectors of the Tikal National Park and we respect the standards established by the Ministry of Culture of Guatemala, limiting the use of electrical generators within the park, the schedules established with an electricity supply that operates during the following hours: 5:30 to 8:00 AM, 13:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 PM The hotel has free wifi internet service in common areas: reception and pool. Everything! Great lodge inside Tikal national park, a walking distance from the park’s highlights. Great restaurants very good cocktails. The lodge provides guided tours of the park in a reasonable price. Prior to the check in date they sent all the relevant information and tips.
