I will first say all my expectations have been exceeded, from the location, to the little cozy villa, and the most attentive, welcoming, friendly staff I ever meet. They went above and beyond to fulfil all my requests. The WhatsApp group chat for concierge is the best thing I’ve ever encountered. The car service was definitely a hit as it makes exploring the area so much easier. The breakfast was glorious (totally in love with the banana pancakes). The pool is very stylish and I was fortunate enough to have it all for myself a couple of times. The food although not a crazy diverse menu options all of it was very tasty and thoughtful. Big thank you to the entire staff team for making my birthday trip so much more memorable ❤️

Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service from the staff was truly amazing. They surprised us with a flower-filled bath in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We also joined a yoga class led by Putu, who not only shared his deep knowledge of yoga but also kindly offered to take photos for us, we left the class feeling so energized and connected. As vegans, we were deeply touched that the chef prepared a special vegan menu just for us. Every meal was delicious and carefully made. Highly, highly recommended

Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience mempunyai kolam renang luaran, pusat kecergasan, taman dan teres di Gianyar. Resort 4-bintang ini menawarkan bar. We loved the facilities and the dinner. Wished we could have stayed longer ;( it was a really relaxed stay, the staff is incredibly nice (I have to admit I almost shed a tear when the staff waved us goodbye when we left 🥹 would come back for sure.
