Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Lagoi şehrinde, Lagoi Plajı noktasına 500 m mesafede yer alan Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG tesisi açık yüzme havuzu, ücretsiz özel park yeri, fitness merkezi ve bahçe olanağı sağlar. Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Great selection and friendly staff, especially big shout out to Sonia in reception and Indra in the bar they contributed to make my stay very special.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
